1. In what format are the 3D models sent?

M3D Studios is a platform specialized in 3D modeling, we do not do 3D printing . You can only download digital 3D files in .STL.

2. How to buy 3d files for 3d printing?

To buy some 3D files, you just have to click on the store button, once added to the shopping cart, click on the download button. Then choose your preferred payment method, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, Binance or you can pay with PayPal. Once the payment is made, you will get your respective invoice and the download link of your file. STL and you will be able to download it from anywhere.

3. How do I find my already downloaded files?

All purchased models are also available in your user profile in the orders section: , where you can download them whenever you want. The download link of the 3D model and the purchase invoice will also be sent to your email.

If I download and it doesn’t show up on your computer, the files may be in another folder on your computer. You can check the advanced settings of your browser where the default location of your downloads is located.

4. What are the forms of payment you accept to buy the 3D models?

In M3D Studios the forms of payment allowed are: PayPal, credit card, Binance and debit. Your purchases are 100% safe and guaranteed. The currency in which the prices appear is in US dollars (USD and/or USDT).

The method of payment by Binance will be done manually. You must choose which file. STL wants to buy and view its price. You can proceed to make the payment in USDT to our Binance address [email protected]

Once you make the payment you must send us to the email [email protected] the corresponding screenshot where the payment ID is displayed, next to the name or link of the file you want to buy. All that remains is to wait for our prompt verification, which we carry out within a maximum period of 24 hours, and proceed to send you the file download link.

5. How to open my .STL ?

To start using your file it is necessary to unzip the compressed file on your computer, through a specific software for it. Subsequently, have the certain software installed that allows you to open the .STL, for your next print.

If there is a connection problem at the time of download and the file was not downloaded successfully. Ideally, you should try again making sure you have a good connection and not interrupting during the new download.

6. Where do I find the invoice related to my order?

Once the payment of your 3D model has been carried out, you will obtain your respective invoice and the download link of your file .STL. The purchase invoice will also be sent to your email.

7. In case of updating the 3D model, is it necessary to buy the model again to access this new version?

3D file is updated, all those who have purchased or downloaded it for free have access to the new version directly from their user profile in the M3D Studios order section. So, there is no need to buy it again to get the new version.

8. What are exclusive 3D models?

They are unique models available on the M3D Studios website that are only available for sale on this portal.

These models purchased on the website remain exclusive for a period of 12 months after being purchased. After the term has elapsed, the price of these models may change and M3D Studios may use the model for sale again.

Regarding the request and purchase of a 3D model by exclusive (personalized) order, the client is the only one with access to said 3D model.

For the purchase of exclusive models we only accept payment by: Binance and Cryptocurrencies.

9. How is the registration to be part of the M3D Studios community?

The user of this site must be at least 18 years of age (the age of majority established by law in their respective country).

You can also enter your email in the update button in the footer of the web page, to receive notifications about new models added to our website.

10. What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

In the registration form, you can request a new password that will be sent to your email. If you have lost your email, we cannot do anything for you.

11. How can I get a refund for my order?

Within 24 hours of purchasing a model, if the model description does not substantially correspond to the model itself, or if a 3D model does not correspond to the renders, you have the right to request a refund.

The refund will be credited directly to the bank account you used to pay for your order, within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email that will validate the refund.

However, since the site administrators control the quality of the models sold on the site, such cases should occur on an occasional basis.
